- Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies only to the actions of Happy Nights and users with respect to our websites. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from our websites, including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.
For purposes of any applicable data protection laws, Happy Nights is the “data controller”. This means that Happy Nights determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your data is processed.

3.2 Information that does not directly identify you (e.g. how you might browse our website), specifically:
- your IP address through the placement of cookies; and,

Provision of services

We may disclose your debit/credit card or banking information to appropriate third parties during payment processing for the purposes of fraud prevention.
