I am passionate about helping families get, not only the sleep they deserve, but the sleep that they need for their health, happiness and wellbeing.
Hi, I'm Jo-Anne
As a sleep consultant, it would be easy to assume my children sleep well every night, but like all parents I’ve had my fair share of sleepless nights. As a mum of three, I vividly remember the joy of those early years – but I also remember times coloured by tiredness, stress and anxiety.
Every child is unique and all my children have very individual personalities and had very different sleep issues – so for each of them, I had to find different approaches to encourage their sleep, without ever resorting to ‘cry – it -out ‘.
I have taken this experience with me into work. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to parenting, nor to sleep. I work with each child and family individually to help find the solution that works best for them.
I have spent the past 22 years working with children, from new-borns to the age of five, and now I help families to find their way to restful nights.
It would be an honour to be by your side, with no judgement, just a whole lot of understanding and all the strategies you need to change your life. By working with me you will benefit from my experience, particularly in helping parents return to work at the end of parental leave. As well as helping parents returning to work, I am able to help families improve their sleep issues due the baby and child sleep training I have undergone including,
- NNEB Diploma Nursery Nursing
- Maternity Nurse OCN Level 4
- Paediatric Sleep Training for Professionals,
- Advanced Gentle Sleep Training OCN Level 3,
- Gentle Sleep Education Training OCN Level 4
- Infant Allergy, Colic & Reflux OCN Level 4.
- NSPCC Excessive Crying.

Happy Nights = Happy Famlies

I provide a caring and supportive service to help your baby or child get the sleep that they need. I listen to your concerns so that, together, we can take the gentlest approach to find the solutions that suit your family to improve your child’s sleep.
Never think that you are alone, or that the sleepless nights will not get better. I will be with you every step of the way and no matter what age, routine, or rhythms your child is currently in, there will always be a way to improve their sleeping pattern.
Throughout this service, you will learn so much about your child and how sleep works for them – and I will be there for you to make the journey as smooth as possible.
