This programme is designed to help babies, toddlers and children who are struggling to fall asleep at bedtime and wake through the night. During our time together you will receive one – to – one tailored education, support and training in the privacy of your own home.

  • An extensive questionnaire prior to consultation to get a deep understanding of your child, your family and sleep situation.
  • A face to face home visit, during which I will get to know you and your child more personally. We will spend time talking in detail about any of your concerns and what your hope to achieve regarding your child’s sleep routine. We can schedule the visit at a time of sleep, when I can observe bed or nap time and address all aspects of your child’s sleep and routine.
  • A 60 minute video call where will delve into your individual situation, discuss your goals, over coming your sleep concerns and talking through your bespoke solution.
  • All of the above information will be used to devise a personal gentle sleep plan, including information about the theory of sleep and how to implement it. Also a sleep log to check progress.
  • 6 – 8 weeks of contact via email / WhatsApp, plus two 20 minute follow up call to used within 6 months to discuss progress and any adaptations.
