Designed for families who need help improving their little one’s sleep. With the remote Full Support package, together will:

1. Understand the cause of your little child’s sleep issue.
2. Look at external factors that may be affecting your child’s sleep needs.
3. Understand your child’s unique needs.
4. Work together to overcome your child’s sleep challenges.

This Star service package will include:

• An extensive questionnaire prior to our consultation will gather a deep understanding of your child, your family and your sleep situation.
• A 60 minute call / video call where we will delve further into your individual situation, discuss your goals, overcoming your sleep concerns and talking through a bespoke gentle sleep solution personalised for you and your child.
• A personalised, age appropriate gentle sleep plan tailored to your family, including full details of why and how to execute the plan. Daily sleep log to check progress.
• 3 – 5 weeks of WhatsApp or Email support.
• Plus a further 1 x 20 minute follow up call to be used within 6 months to discuss progress and any adaptions to the plan.
